- To increase the quantity and to improve the quality of the manpower
and services.
- To increase knowledge, skill and capability of the staff.
- To provide better management methods and tool so as to ensure
transparency and accountability.
- To equip offices and workshops with necessary facilities.
- To plan development projects to meet the public requirements
especially the people of rural areas such as roads, community centres,
multi-purpose halls and other basic facilities including maintenance
costs.
